CoreWall™ Systems to Debut
Amazing New All-in-One Home Technology
at NextGen 2005 ShowHomes
Seamless Technology Integration

Makes Any Home a NextGen Home!

Philadelphia, PA - CoreWall™ Systems LLC will introduce an innovative new home technology delivery system known as "The Rosen CoreWall™" at the NextGen 2005 ShowHomes, produced by iShow.

What is the CoreWall™? It's a centralized, pre-manufactured Structural Insulated Panel (SIPS) that is laser cut to facilitate the integration of electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures, data & communication, water & air quality, water heaters, radiant heat, photovoltaic solar panels, audio/visual components, home monitoring and security systems as well as other state of the art home automation and internet technologies.

Acting as the engine that drives the home, the CoreWall™ seamlessly integrates all of the latest technology available by the sponsors of the NextGen Homes.

"By consolidating all of the components into one central location, the CoreWall™ creates cost and technology benefits. Savings are generated by reduction of lateral and vertical runs of material through the house while reducing dependency on skilled trade labor," said Mike Rosen, CEO, CoreWall™ Systems, LLC. "Proprietary couplings are then utilized in the wall enabling an unskilled labor force to complete installation of major mechanical components," Rosen added.

Using Internet-based software, the technological innovation allows communication between electrical and mechanical appliances such as the refrigerator, oven, HVAC, and computer to interface via the CoreWall™.

"Utilizing this innovative approach, CoreWall™ Systems, LLC takes unrelated technologies and facilitates seamless integration making any home a NextGen Home," said Rosen. The Rosen CoreWall™ will be featured in the NextGen Demonstration Homes on the following dates:

  • Consumer Electronics Show (CES) - January 6-9, 2005 in Las Vegas

  • International Builders Show (IBS) - January 13-16, 2005 in Orlando

  • National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB) - April 18-24, 2005 in Las Vegas

  • Kitchen & Bath Show (KBIS) - May 10-12, 2005 in Las Vegas
